Is Organic Coconut Oil Good For Baby Skin?

my 1 month baby girl got some redness and rash.. looks like eczema on her body . when i had blister or dry skin on my body , i applied and it worked great. so is organic coconut virgin oil good for baby skin too??

Yes, It’s fine. I used it on my son’s eczema because I didn’t want all the chemicals that are in other things like Aveeno and J&J products. It kept him nice an moist and helped his eczema, although did not eliminate it until we took him off dairy at 2yo.

The best thing I’ve found to heal eczema is extra virgin coconut oil. It works better than eczema creams, which are usually chemical-laden products, whether for babies, teens or adults.
Make sure you’re working on eliminating the cause of your eczema, whether internal or external, which we won’t go into here.
Extra virgin coconut oil has helped many I know to help heal the skin. Ultimately, of course, the immune system and body do the healing if you were to do nothing, but coconut oil can speed up the process.
Yes, it’s good for babies too. I would at least try using it.
I would get her skin looked at by a doctor first, I don’t know anything about coconut oil but should think that it may irritate the skin. Olive oil for babies is great for dry skin but not a treatment for eczema
