Does Organic Coconut Oil Help With Candida?
YES IT DOES! And to correct the post above…it doesn’t matter if it’s inside or outside your body. Virgin Coconut Oil is good for it and it will ‘get’ to it…it’s antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal! People put it in smoothies, on salads, or just take a tablespoon in the mornings or before meals.
This may help you…http://www.coconutoil.com/viruses.htm

Coconut oil has a couple of components (lauric acid, caprylic acid) that seem to be the ones responsible for the antimicrobial properties attributed to it. The greatest success appears for antibiotic induced fungal infections (GI tract). Sking thrash treatment with coconut oil is still in debate (remember skin fungi love moistness). There are other factors regarding Candida … it loves sugar so cut down on intake … Remember every case is different.
Well, depends what you propose to do with it: drink it, massage with it, douche with it?
There are some good books out there like Leon Chaitow’s “Candida Albicans” which gives you a whole arsenal of information and weapons to fight candida with. Look at your diet, look at your lifestyle and look at your emotional and mental state: you need to treat all three in order to deal with candida.
By the way, you don’t say if it is oral or genital or systemic candida you need help with. You need to be a bit more specific.
Kind regards
